I'm looking for a phone company with good DSL speed. Any suggestions?

Doesn't make too much difference ... Nha Trang is served by the HCM gateway. VNPT or FPT - whichever serves your area.

VNN internet provider speed is around 500kbs when it is working properly.

At the moment, NO internet is working properly, due to the cable to Hong Kong being severed once again. Last time this happened, the fishermen in Vung Tau hauled up and sold off seven kilometres of cable as scrap. I have a feeling that this is what has happened again. The cable should be repaired by the end of January.

The floating scrap men went out of business years ago - some ended up in jail.

The break, this time, is between Da Nang and HongKong - the promised repair date is 2015 Jan 23 (Vietnamese calendar?).
