non issuance of Iqama

Hello ALL.
I'm from India. I came on Saudi Work Visa (labor )given by my sponsor. After coming here it has been 7 months still i did not get my IQAMA because sponsor in white Category. Now i want to exit the country on final exit (Kuruj Al Nihai)or i need my iqama. But the sponsor/mandoop is facing difficulties in getting final exit and telling many reasons and delaying.
Even i came to know that if i exit saudi arabia with the help of indian embassy,i couldnt able to come back again to saudi arabia for 5 years,is it true.. ?
Please help me...what are all the ways and procedures.

You can approach the labor office / jawazat directly and ask for a final exit. They will contact the sponsor and will ask him to process this. He cannot keep you like this for ever and if you leave through the proper means you wont have ban in coming back to KSA.
