Residence Permit in Mexico

Post new topic

Oksana

Good day everybody.

I am Russian and I staying in Playa del Carmen with a tourist visa for around 2,5 months (I can stay more 3,5 months).

I am interested in applying on a residence permit in Mexico (FM2 or FM3 or its equivalents or whatever) in less costly way. Any advices are appreciated, thanks!

It's INM (Migration) who you need to talk to. However, as of November 2012, you can only apply for a residence visa in your home country not in Mexico. Anyway, talk to the agent at the local Migration office.
