Dear all I want to know that If I come on visit visa to saudia arabia as my relatives are there to support me. And search for job on visit visa. What is the possibility that a company will select me as their employee if I do not have work visa. And during interview I tell them that I am on visit visa.Or they will
prefer a local iqama holder. I have Bechelors degree in Computer science and 6-7 Years experience in IT support and Networking.

Note: I am asking for the possibility Because I am currently employed here in pakistan.
And I have to resign from my current job to visit KSA (Obviiously for better future).

Thanks

Hardly any employer will employ some one on a visit visa, especially in your profession as well sine similar candidates can be found in the local market with residence permit / work visa. Your chances will be limited and even if you hide the info on visit visa at some point during the meeting with prospective employers they will ask and you will have to tell them.

Personal advice : If you have a good job and decent life now ,stay back as the charm and benefit in coming to KSA for a better life is in question these days.
