Damp & mould

Hi all we are having trouble with mould I know it's hard. When humid all the time, we are having trouble esp under the stairs, any suggestions also can you buy that stuff for damp in aus it comes in tubs ??

Wash with bleach.
If that doesn't stop it, you probably have a leaking roof.
