Visa Cancellation Procedure

I got a job from one of the organisation at Jeddah. They have made my employment visa. They want to send me on welder visa instead of engineering visa. But due to some reasons i am unable to go during this 90 days validity of visa. I have some queries-

1. Is it necessary to cancel this visa?
2.If visa is not cancelled, will it expire on its own after validity date?
3. If this is not cancelled, what are the obligations on my part & companies part?
4. What are the rules for cancellation of Visa?
5. If visa is not cancelled, will it affect my next visa for this company or any other company in saudi arabia or any gulf location.

Hr Guru- Pl advice urgently.
