most hospital and clinic doctors speak English the support staff don't but u can get past this most doctors have trained in England or English speaking countries

Hello,
You can Saint James Hospital. As per my information they also have physiotherapy and alternative therapy kind of stuff in their hospitals and they are managed by Maltees Hospital staff. for you it will be better to check there first. You can find page of saint James Hospital in Facebok also.
