hello to all

Am a Libyan Citizen , I would like to visit Mexico by the end of the middle of june.. and i cant find any information online

what kind papers i need, to apply for the Mexican visa

how long it takes to be issued

if my friend there send me an invention through his company how long it takes for him to do it and and what document i need to Have

yes i tired to contact the nearest one but they said we to contact the immigration office in Mexico , but i cant find any contact details ,
