Hi all,

I recently came back to the States from my Vietnam trip, and I'm totally in love with HCMC & the country.  After living in the States for over 23 years, I want to move back to Vietnam.  My main problem is that I don't have any network or connection to find a job in HCMC.

I am currently living in Miami, Florida, USA and I am a systems administrator (IT position) with over 10 years experience.  I have my Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Information Technology degree from 2 accredited US Universities.  I can speak 3 different languages (English - fluent/advance, Vietnamese - intermediate level, French - intermediate level).

If you have any tips or advices on how to find an IT position or teaching position, please feel free to message me.

I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks.

Do you want to teach English or IT?

tintinmiami2013

I would entertain both options.

Hi Tintin
First of it,sorry for my English skills as I am rather a French speaking guy.I guess you are of Vietnamese background? You may want to apply for the bi nationality so that you would have more opportunities to be able to settle down here for a good job.

Merci pour votre idee.  Je peux parler francais aussi si tu veux ecrire en francais.

Hi tintin,

You can try vietnamworks.com . They have English interface so you shouldn't have language problem browsing the site. Don
t be shy to post your profile there too as many headhunters digging that site daily. With your IT back ground, I predict that you can easily land a job in one of the foreign invested companies or multinational corporations. If making big buck is not what you're aiming for, a friend of mine is looking for a teaching position for an French NGO she's working at. The teaching will be in English and you'll be teaching IT courses. The job is in Da Nang. The link can be found here
