hi i'd like to ask paano pong procedure ang ggawin para ma-unable ang isang female teacher to use his ex-husband's surname sa school na pinagtatrabahuan nya? ready na po ang annulment papers, etc. ipepetition po ba ito sa korte o pupwedeng idirekta sa school admin?

pls help, thanks!

bakit ganun? panong ready ung annulment papers, wala syang copy?

ang pagkakaalam ko, any woman, married or not, pwedeng gamitin ang maiden name nya anytime, kahit di na magpunta sa korte.

Sorry about that Christine,

she was asking if a court order is needed, or does she need to contact the employer, of a lady----  so that this lady stops using the surname of her husband (ex-), because the annulment papers are already served...

from what i know, any woman, legally married, or long time common law wife, can use her maiden name anytime, regardless of her relationship status with her husband.

not a legal expert here, but a lot of women use their maiden names when they're angry with their husbands,...... and it is recognized in the Philippines, i believe.
