hello, my name is Marie. My mate Andre and I are planning to move either to Central or South America this winter.We live in Canada and want to get away. Andre lived 4 years in Central America. 3 years in Costa Ricaand 1 year in Panama. We are now looking at other locations like Nicaragua, Good weather and internet access are a must also a place with uncomplicated immigration polocies would be nice. Any suggestions or information would be appreciated. thank you.
