hi there ,
i think there is only Sultan gym center which has branches in many locations of tripoli .

what do you mean by sport club ?? be more specific , what kinda of sport ?
sultan is for weight lifting , and body building , gym

i advice you to check in janzour , they have many places for sports , like diving , tennis ect ect
