Finn.no is a great site for finding rentals in Norway - it is basically the main one stop shop when it comes to renting, buying and jobs. (moderated: no ads) you just need to search for Sandnes or Stavanger to see a list. You can also click the photo on the top right that says Boligkart to see the houses on a map if you are wanting to search in a certain area without knowing what that area is called.  Once in the search you will see all your option in the left to narrow the search. Møblert is furnished.. cilck it and sumbit it by pressing søk. Since rooms can cost anywhere from 5000nok to 9000nok ++ it just depends on all the factors - location, size, furnish, new/old ect ect. There is also a room share type of renting - where you rent just a room in a house and share the kitchen, bathroom, dining/living with a few roommates. Your room in this situation is generally a bit bigger then just a bedroom. You can search for that option on the left as well - it is under Boligtype and called Hybel. These have a tenancy to be cheaper, furnish, and have all bills included.
