My longtime roommate just moved out so I'm looking for stabil person who want to share a 70 m2 appartment.
The appartment is located about 10 min walk from Stavanger centrum and is on the 2 floor with a great view overlooking the city.
The room is about 15 m2 with basic furnitures as bed, tabel and closet. Washingmashine in the basement.
Rent is 5000,- nkr a month. Depositum 1 month rent. Internet and electricity are not included.
