hi harry.thank you for writing me.i just started the business so currently i have this one and trust me it is very nice.it has gym,swimming pool,back up generator,borehole water incase water shortage,lifts,dstv and wireless internet.my price is 130,000ksh monthly but we can talk more after you have seen it.its very nice n am sure you will love it.do you use whattsapp or viber i can send you quick pics there.hope to hear from you again
