Abdelhass, apparently if you have "special skills" it is easier to get a work permit.

Lots of Finnish companies are hiring Indian IT professionals. Now Finnish IT professionals are saying that, in fact, also Finns have these "special skills" and that the companies are recruiting from abroad only because they don't need to pay the foreigners as much as Finns.

If Finnish engineers have their way, that door is closing sometime soon. So if you want a job in your field in Finland, now is the time to contact Finnish IT companies. And other companies that might need IT people too.

thank you for the reply, and actually, i went to college just for knowledge not because i want to work a define field, i can work in any field if i have the opportunity, because ill be a new foreign there and ofcourse i cant get the best job from the start, so im asking in general if i went there am i gonna have problem to find a job knowing that i can accept any job offer even if its below my skills :)

Your humility is admirable, but actually I think it is easier to find a job in your own field. Aim high, and if that does not work out, look for something else.

abdelhass

thank you very much :)

abdelhass

so my question is what are the chances in % that i will find a work there, not-considiring the field (any job will be great for start)
