Is Asian Educational System recognized in German Universities?

Welcome to the forum, from a German who also lived a long time in Singapore!

The national differences between education systems are a real hazzle, especially as every country considers their system superior to all others.
In Germany, the individual universities have much freedom to decide on admissions. So if an appeal (which must be possible, by law) does not help, just apply at another school - maybe one that already has experience with Philippino students.
The DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Auslandsdienst) says that applicants from the Philippines generally need to pass an Assessment Test. Preparatory classes for this test are available free of charge and take 12 months.

Thank you so much for your prompt reply. I've tried to contact the embassy, DAAD and anabin and they just told me that the university has the autonomous power to approve or reject an application.

For the preparatory course, it has been noted by some universities that it's for people who has high school diploma and wants to take BA in Germany or if it will be used to suffice the application, then the department should endorse it.
