can anybody tell me how to get visa sponsored job, or anyone helps mre in getting a job in USA, i have done MBA Marketing having 12+ vyears of experience

I recommend applying for jobs through websites like monster, or searching for companies in your field of expertise and applying to them directly. America likes go-getters, so you're more likely to find a job if you seek it out yourself.
