hi guys, I need some infos regarding work in shanghai. I really wish my partner would be able to come to Shanghai with me for work, but my partner doesn't speak chinese, he's a filipino with a american studies bachelor's degree in hand ,only speaks fluent english and tagalog. and he's into the fashion industry as well as customer service, and he's an editor for a fashion blog in Singapore, how talented he is. please let me know what can I do to get him a job in Shanghai for his qualifications? many thanks
