hey all, any insight to the Hopkins bay development, the area, growth potential. will be looking around for a vacation home & ultimatly retirement. Just kicking the tires @ this time. Thx

The Hopkins Bay development on the north end of Hopkins is not a bad investment and will probably do well in the future. Currently, there is not a lot going on around there and it is a little isolated, but they are good deals.

Also a few beach front lots that could be built on and an extensive inventory of ocean view lots starting at $50K.
