Hey everyone...

Really hope someone can help me!?

My British boyfriend of 2 years has just been told he is moving with work to Pretoria...he will be getting an -
INTRA - COMPANY TRANSFER WORK PERMIT

With this type of Visa will I be able to still apply for a Life Partner Temporary visa?

I thought I could but I cannnot find anything offical saying so!

No, your permit if you move with him will be a type of Relative's Permit called an Accompanying Spouse Permit. You may not work on this permit.

You cannot apply for a Life Partner Permit (also a type of Relative's Permit) because your boyfriend (you should say life partner anyway) is not a SA Permanent Resident or Citizen.
