Hello,
I coming from germany and I have question about south africa, is it possible to buy business like auto repair shop or car wash station to get the resident visa?

You will need a recommendation from the department of Trade and Industry regarding the feasibility of your business or contribution to existing business. Contact Invest SA they will guide you : http://www.investsa.gov.za/how-we-help/
