I have updated my profile photo, it is exactly the same as uploading to FB. If you are pulling the photo across from your computer it should come across immediately, then you need to hit the 'validation' radar button, and at the bottom of your profile 'submit' it then takes you back to your 'profile' page. Hope this helps
