Hi,
I am looking for baking soda for cleaning. Not for cooking!
I need about 1kg or more.
I bought a package from Arm&Hammer, but it's only 500g and costs too much since i use them a lot! Back in my country i think my mom bought 1 kg for less than 10 USD.
Where should I go and how much should i expect?
Thanks a lot :D

If I'm correct isnt baking soda the cleaner the same as for cooking? Arm and hammer is what i use for baking, and also use it for cleaning.  I have not seen a big bag here and unfortunatley I dont think they sell in a large amount. There is a shop out in District 1 called Phuong Ha, beside the restaurant Nhu Lan. It has western products there. If not there, check out the shop right next door.

Hi! Sorry to tell you, but I bake a lot and I've been around D1 to find all ingredients and there is no way you can find baking soda sold in a Kg weight. and believe me its really is much expensive here if you are to sum those sold in small amounts. I buy my stuff along Ham Nghi, there two big stores offering all sorts of stuff in a cheaper price compared to supermarket or grocery price.  :)

You can go to:

Lan trinh 52 Ham Nghi, D1
or
Phuong Ha 58 Ham Nghi, D1

They sell all necessary items for baking.
