Hi Ryo,
welcome to the Netherlands.
We are a German-Japanese couple living in Bergen op Zoom which is close to the Belgium border.
Especially for my wife it is not that easy to find Japanese people in such nice but small city.
It's not very close to the Hague but if you are planning to travel around the Netherlands or a trip to Belgium, it will be a pleasure to welcome you.
...and we also haven't seen the Hague yet
