there are many reason why is difficult to get visa for chinese citizen, but 2 major reason is, 1, cotta this maens the number of immigrant from one country that can be allow to another country, 2. record of overstay of a country,
and many other political reason, such as closeness of govt policy to the outside world. etc,
and chinese record of all this are very high,
but U can still get visa to anywhere by present your reason in a better and authentic way
