Looking to rent commercial / shop property in Lisbon

Hi.
My eyes have turned towards a move to Portugal and unfortunately I can not find a website online that lists shop properties etc for rent. Later I will be purchasing a Quinta, but first I would like to rent a property to get a feel for the country.

I am looking for premises that could maybe be a bookshop/café which has enough space to do readings from and other artistic projects.

Any links to a site that contains such property would be appreciated. My thanks.

property in Lisbon but need to input all the data so that
