Hey everyone, thanks for a brilliant forum and very useful help topics!

I'm just about to pack my bags and leave for malta, I'll be starting off in the bugibba area and then tour the island properly to see where I may end up.

I'm sure I'll become a pain with all my questions so please be patient.

I'm looking forwards to meeting some of you at the  get together s and hope to become a useful member myself.

If I actually manage to obtain my card, looks a little disorganised at present. ;)

Anyway, nice to be here Jay.

Thanks mike for the welcome! Yes I've read many posts from the sages and one or two from some of the onions the help here (within these hallowed pages) has been more than invaluable.

I'm coming over in the hottest time which I love and also in the most chaotic time for my work card but if the postal option works I can do that immediately I arrive.

I also heard that when a newbie arrives and meets anyone from the forum that the expats welcome them with their 1st 5 cisks, that's what I heard anyway! ;)
