NO REFUNDS IN SAUDI ARABIA?!

I bought some furniture from Tahlia in Jeddah for SR 12,900. I've since found something very similar for only SR 5,600. I went back to the store where I made the first purchase and they tell me that I can not get a refund, only exchange. What kind of stupidity is this? The furniture has a delivery date of July 17 so it hasn't even left the warehouse! Is this normal in Jeddah? No refunds?

International companies will have a three days refunds policy, but local ones will not. With a local company you need to include the refunds option with the initial negotiations.

Now what you can do is bringing out the cranky side of you and gives them hard time and they will eventually crackdown
