NWC (National Water Company) does issue monthly bills for water. The problem here is that these are issued for buildings (and not for individual consumers). Then the building owners charge consumers based on their rough estimations.

You can inquire them about the bill records if you really want to get down to the nitty gritty.

We live in a villa and the bill is roughly 20 - 30 monthly. Even less than 20 some months.
