We are new to this place .. and recently looking for car to buy .. so today morning saw a car which was on sale by a lady.. everything is fine but her papers are some what bothering .. and details are

1. Car is 2004 made but mileage is 100k
2. car papers are on company name.
3. she never changed it to her name ..says she dont wanted to spend 5k for tranfering purpose.

4. She is selling it because she having more credits .. wants cash only

so please tell us if anything or everything is wrong or its just fine happens in manila and has no issues in transfering to our name.

really urgent to deal this so please respond to my message thru here or inbox me anyway you like

Do not buy a car unless papers are in order. You will not be able to transfer the car to your name if its under a company.
