I will be visiting egypt for 2 weeks, i am planning to have the lasik surgery done.
i just have a question, will i need to come back to see the doctor again after the surgery, as i only visit egypt once a year and it wont be possible?

I would imagine there would be a follow up appointment. There usually is after any kind of surgery.

If there is a follow up appointment made for you, and you fail to turn up and you have post operative problems then the surgeon isn't always obliged to to carry out corrective surgery.

That's how it works in the UK anyhow.

Surely this is a question - you should be asking the surgeon!!?

And if you can't come for any follow-up - then why choose EGypt and not somewhere more accessible to you.
