Hi :)

I really don't know the answer to your question, but once you get your doubt solved..would you be interested in renting the flat? I'm looking for one! ;)

Best luck

Hi Angelo

I'll put the question to the Ministry of Foreign affairs to be quite sure that there is not any special rules for foreigners. You have the contact information here:

Justitsministeriet - Civilkontoret
Telefon: +45 72 26 84 00
E-mail: jm@jm.dk

But there are another problem because most apartments/real properties are subject to residency requirement. I think you will have to rent it out if you don't sell it, but try to ask here:

Property Lawyer Henrik Hoepner from Advodan in Lyngby answers every week questions from Boliga's users. Send your question to lf@boliga.dk and make it as short as possible.

Boliga to know your identity, but we anonymize every post.

Questions and answers placed in the newsletter each Wednesday.

Because of the volume of new issues it may take up to a month and sometimes longer before your questions are answered.
