Work outside Canada in a Commonwealth country

Does anybody know if the Canadian citizens have facilitations to work in another Commonwealth countries?!?!

You should probably look at the websites of the embassies of the countries in question?

Countries now require you to have a visa to work. 

Australia and New Zealand have a working holiday visa which allows you to work for 6 months in certain areas.

www.immi.gov.au for Australia and www.immigration.govt.nz for NZ.
