Water and electric in riyadh

Hi could someone please tell me if the Saudi electric company also provide water and also what is the average bills for a year as me and my friend live in a very small one bedroom apartment and we've been charged over 4500 for the year for electric and water by the people who live downstairs

Maybe prices have increased, I don't know. I'm sure others will be able to help you with more current information.

Thanks for the response and the link to the blog but if anyone can tell me if Saudi electric company the ones that provide electric also provide water it would be very helpful

Though the ministry who governs the two is called 'Ministry of Water and Electricity' (MOWE), water is resonsibility of NWC (National Water Company) and electricity, SCECO. So, your answer is: No, they are different.

Both these organizations issue bills and you can ask for them from the people downstairs.
