I have an EP with current employer. I have a chance to set up my own Sg company and offer my consultancy services to other companies at weekends (with approval of present company).
But I need an Entre Pass to set up a Sg company.
Is it possible to work for 2 companies in Sg, holding 2 different Passes?

You can only hold one pass at a time, EP or Entrepass.
An EP does not allow any work other than for the employer who it is issued for, so no consultancy side job allowed.
