Hi all!! Myself and my common law wife are looking to buy a small house or apartment in Corozal this coming January. We would have $50,000 cash, maximum to buy. I would very much appreciate any information on locations, possible bank financing and the potential for renting said property for 6 months if we were to return to Canada after 6 months. Cheers!!
