Recently in BJ,SH and GZ poped up a lot of this kind visa to foreigner who wanna extend their visa in China. Please keep in mind that if the "agent" wanna offer you this type of visa. You have to know what the other things will happen in consequence.
After your visa expire in the date what show in your visa. NO AGENT can help you to renew your visa in China anymore. You only can leave China and re-apply your new visa in HK or your home country.
