How Good is Job market for oil and gas professional in Singapore

I am mechanical engineer , studying my master in system engineering and project management in NTU (Nanyang technological university) . I have 5 yrs experience in oil and gas refinery off shore as technical design engineer. My master expected to complete on june 2014

I just want to know my probability of getting a JOB. Where I could get it ?? And if i could manage to fine one, what will the chance of getting the work permit for this particular stream ??

Singapore is a petrol-chemical hub with many MNcs having plants in Jurong Island and Tuas. The big players like Shell and ExxonMobil are here with refinering and chemical processing facilities.  I think your career prospects are quite bright.  But if you are looking for offshore opportunities, you may have go to regional countries like Malaysia or Brunei.
