Post new topic

I need to know where to find or any Pharmacies that are selling OraMD here in jeddah, I've been searching through the internet but still can't find one. If I can't find anything I will be force to use sesame oil, sunflower oil or coconut oil as subs but I still need to know the process of using it, what like gargling? some suggest H2O2 isn't that dangerous? If you have something that I can use now I need your suggestions? Thanks......:)

What are your symptoms?
When did the condition start?
Do you have pain?
What discharge do you have and the amount?

Mostly Susan gum bleeding and it happened frequently, never tried any prevention cause Im still looking for some details on the internet. I have a complete sets of teeth but when I eat some hard foods it bleeds. The last cleaning was last year. So far no BB cause I always do brushing my teeth especially now. I am conscious on what Im eating mostly I prefer fruits. :)

Did you ever try mouth wash bro? doing nothing might get worst and lose your teeth permanently............

Thank you for writing back.

I would strongly advise you seek a dentist asp. They will assess your condition and give you the prescribed treatment. It sounds like gingivitis. If you have an insurance card it should cover 2000SAR worth of dental treatment at some hospitals, such as the Specialized Hospital downtown. Meanwhile, gargle salt and water twice a day.

If you smoke, STOP. Most people are not aware conditions untreated in the teeth, can lead to heart problems, strokes, and peripheral vascular disease.

Don’t waste any more time searching the internet. Go immediately to the dentist.

Thank you Suzan, I don't smoke I don't even have any bad habits, I'm a clean living person. Some says the food that I eat maybe the reason of this. Sad to say we have health card but its useless because we still going to pay the rest. I've been here in Jeddah for 6 straigth years once I was confined but I fought to leave soon It's not that I don't trust the doctors. Anyway I'll begin gargling water and salt for the mean time.thanks.

Don't worry to much Bro. although seeing our gums bleed may be scary, this can often be dealt with using simple steps which might help arrest the condition before it becomes worst. There are a lot of ways to help deal with bleeding gums and slow down the process which may lead to periodontal disease. No worry to much for sure around you has the same situation so goodluck.

Actually Im trying this tube like toothpaste with a very salty flavor for 2 days now and it seems working. A friend of mine advice me to use this and if it is not working I will go and let doctors do the rest. The taste is salty and minty at the same time. Im still observing my gums situation, so far its doing well. I woke up this morning without gum bleeding so I hope the remedy continue. Thanks to those who gave their advices.....:D

Okay, let me jump in here.

I agree with everybody who said you should go to the dentist but since you're intent on waiting while trying home remedies, a few words of advice:

1. be sure to floss your teeth every day.
2. Use a soft bristle tooth brush.
3. And, most importantly, after you brush/floss, swish hydrogen peroxide in your mouth for 30 seconds.

Good luck!

Thanks Allicat, I think the tube like toothpaste worked and I don't see any red sputum in my spit anymore. I checked my gums the appearance is not that reddish anymore. Hmm never tried dental floss ever since, guess I need to change my toothbrush its really has a strong bristle and need to try this h2o2. Thanks again guys. :)
