hello chef

I recently studied professional baking and pastry arts, the chefs at school kept on talking about loooooooong working hours. maybe the hotel management is confusing you with a filipino chef.
I am turkish, my husband is greek, we are in preparation to open a greek resto here, also super long working hours.
we are in manila for 4 years. decided to settle.
good luck in manila.
we would be more than glad to meet you.

Hi chef Paul!  ahh should check your place sometimes! Manila is not that bad.. well, the pollution kind of killed it but the people are friendly. Im pretty sure you will meet good fellas around. Let me know if I could be a help regarding places! and a meet up is not bad.. actually, I've seen one post on one of the forums here about meet up... should check it out.
Have a fantastic one! -Kim

Hi Chef,

Welcome to Manila. I think you would appreciate PI more once you travel in the countryside. My expat friends from Europe tend to go to the beach and hang out. And they love cooking by the sea. Most of them are professional football players here in the PI. One of them is from Cameron and can speak French.
Just inform me if you would like to get to know my peers.
Thanks.
