P7,000 is only about $160.00us dollars and not enough to even think of staying in the Philippines for more that several days. If you were able to find a low cost room with the money you have, it would not be safe even during the day!
Best advice that can be given is to stay where you are until you have a good amount to take a trip. The Philippines is a great tropical destination. But it also is a dangerous and unforgiving developing 3rd world country...

Salam Bi, there will be no sense if your going to Phil. with that amount. It will be good if you have relatives living in Phil., If your living alone well expect the worst. Food is expensive,if their any place for indian foods means there Indian around it. I beg you dont gamble yourself with such amount. :) goodluck.

multiply what you have now in 15 days, you said you want to live in manila is this for good or just being a tourist? Better to have excess money than enough so you wont feel sorry and you can feel the enjoyment of staying in manila. :D

To stay in Manila and be comfortable as a tourist, figure no less than 1200 pesos a day...2000 a day is ideal; it will allow you to enjoy yourself and eat well...

Hi,

I hope you’ll be able to look at the range of main expenses and be able to figure about how much you will need to stay here in the Philipines for two weeks.  Other items such as nightclubs, island-hopping, scuba diving, tourist attractions and such can be added on top of the basics of food, accommodation, transportation and communications.
