This is not easy to answer.  The 'package' depends on the seniority of the position in the organization, the company's pay standards and so on.  RAK is relatively a cheaper town to live compared to Dubai for example.

Normally expat packages should include :
- airtickets go and return at end of contract
- yearly vacation + airtickets
- housing or housing allowance
- school fees for children if any
- medical insurance coverage

but then again as mjrv said above all depends on the position itself and I'm unaware of accountancy positions
