Live in Lombok,my 5yr Kitas(retirement)visa will expire in Dec.
Does anyone know a good,reputable visa agent ,to work with?
I wish to apply for a Kitap(married to local 5 years)

Any help would be great!

Indeed, that is your next step…the KITAP or e-KITAP as it’s called these days.  Using an agent for this will be mahal as in 30 million give or take so you might want to consider doing this yourself which will run around 3.5 million or so…plus a lot of running around. 

With your retirement visa expiring in December you want to start on this application process right away as the final approval is up to immigrasi in Jakarta and the applications can sit around there for weeks. 

I have no idea how good, bad or otherwise the immigration folks are in Mataram, but if you don’t already know Gemma (in Kuta, Lombok) you can get her phone number at her web site:  http://www.mimpimanis.com/
