Hi,  My name in Massimiliano and I am  37-year-old, and I work for an international company in the automotive sector taking responsibility for mechanical designing. My main work experience consists to take a responsibility and monitor the design projects for different car models (Visible Dash board done by plastic switches).
Currently I am looking for new challenge as Mechanical designer in any fields.

You should apply directly at suitable companies in Singapore. Unfortunately, there is no automotive industry in Singapore, but mechanical designers are needed in other areas as well.
However, please be aware that companies often shun the additional hazzle and risk of hiring a foreigner, and that you will only get a work visa if there are no similarly skilled locals available (which must be hired first).
Also, your post doesn't specify whether you have a university degre. It will be difficult to impossible to find a job and get a visa without one.
