i am planning to come Goroka, PNG. is anybody from that place, i would like to know more about Goroka and PNG. Have any security concern there?

A search through this forum will give you an insight into security.
Goroka is not that safe.

I suggest a Google search 'safety and security in png' and see what comes up.
