Obtain family visa

Don't really know if this is true or rumor that after Hajj,obtaining family visa
will be made very easy.No need to visit Istiqdam, just go MOFA office with
all documents & Visa will be issued based on your profession.
Has anyone come across this kind of info? Pl share your idea which could be of help to many.
