Health/travel insurance for 3 months stay

Hello

We are coming to Mauritius for three months, would anyone recommend a health insurance?

Or is it better to get a travel insurance including health cover?

Do local public hospitals and private clinics attend non nationals for emergencies even without an Insurance?

For peace of mind and to save any hassles,I suggest you get a good comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical costs including repatriation back to your home country if necessary.
