Housekeeper in Chiangmai - who want to share?

Hi anyone knows a good housekeeper/house cleaner? I would like to hire one with monthly payment so that I can have her do a real cleaning. The service from cleaning companies doesn't work for me firstly because of the cost, secondly the quality of cleaning is not satisfied.

And if I can find one. Any want to share with me. Like if I pay her 8000 baht a month, we share half half for her salary and she can work at both houses.

How many hours/days per week do you want the cleaner to work?

Do you have your own housemaid to share? I may need her in the evening after 5pm for 1-2 hours. Or maybe one day during weekends.
