Hi,
I'm going to Hoi An next week so I'm just wondering what's the weather like these days?
I read that it's been raining all the time but is it flooding?

Typhoon Nari is expected to hit central Việt Nam Monday next week. Hội An will most likely be in the area of affect so you will see lots of rain.

If you're traveling from Hà Nội heading south, you may encounter lots of delays. During the last storm, the train system got canceled due to flooding on the railways. Some parts of the highway system were also blocked due to landslides.
So plan your travels probably starting on Wednesday next week at the earliest.
